Our web-based application submittal system allows you to apply for Homestead Tax Credit, Military Property Tax Credit, Forest Reserve, and others, all online with 24/7 access. This system allows our office to process applications consistently, efficiently, and transparently, with a step-by-step process that is user-friendly and gives the applicant consistent communication throughout the process.
The following GeoPermits link is for the Assessor’s Office and offers the following services:
- Apply for Homestead Tax Credit, Military Tax Credit, Notice of Transfer/Change Tax Exemption, Forest Reserve, and Family Farm Tax Credit
- Submit forms, drawings, and other documents corresponding with your application
- Confirm parcel information through automated data entry (autofill)

To access GeoPermits, you must set up an account via your email. Once your account is registered, you will be able to apply for tax credits online—today and in the future. You will also be able to access your account to track and review completed applications and any other application made through the system. This online service will provide you expedient and efficient service, which can be conducted from any location with internet access!
